The Ask:
Create Outdoor, Northern, comfortable clothing that people actually want to wear.
Focus on what makes the north so beautiful, (the outside parts).
No more gold and maroon baby, no more lake life. Just clean, hand-drawn, screen printable back designs. accompanied by simple, embroidered fronts that don't scream "I'm from this state! I've been to Duluth!".
The Work:
Utilizing the full Adobe Suite as well as ProCreate (They're apps that basically make coloring with crayons electronic and tight as hell). Focusing on animals, plants, and activities we hippies love the most.
An interesting aspect you'll notice is the negative space within the designs, i.e. the twigs in "Big Mama", and the waves in "Sky Blue Waters". When designing for garments, you can count the garment's color as a color for the design. What this does is decrease the screens needed to print one design, as well as, add dimension and texture to every design.
The Site:
On top of just another dude with a small beanie making clothing, this site is also a culmination of every design element I've ever learned. The color palettes, the fonts, the assets, all hand-made and hand-placed.
So take a look around! Find the little problems sprinkled throughout, I'm learning every day how to make these designs, the process, and the site better and better. Sites should be straight to the point, and I'm hoping I'm doing just that.

Dropshipping:
I had always been terrified of dropshipping. The lack of quality control is horribly frustrating. But we have to remember our main goal. Cool ass, affordable clothing. So I've dipped my toes into shirts. And boy has it been awesome.

The quality delivered is incredible, my designs pressed directly into heavy-duty, white shirts. Both boxes (cool ass and affordable) have been checked.
